This personal feedback form is meant to provide the students of SAE Institute Malaysia, a private and confidential way to air your grievances or problems that you may encounter during the course of your program directly to me. The feedback form will collect your queries and send it to me as a personal email and as such it will only be seen by me. The student's identity and information given will be kept secret at all times.
The main reason for the feedback form is to provide the student's of the school a way and means of reaching me, the head of school directly. Your feedback will assist me in improving the quality of teaching and environment within the school.
